Here we showcase some of the LFC's most recent built Lego fire related MOCs!
Today, we look at Dan Tasdard-Homer's Aerial 1, a fairly unique apparatus. About Penn Haven Fire: Penn Haven is a small 3-truck volunteer department thats serves a port town of approximately 5000, a major highway, a rural airport, and is auto aid to a large nuclear facility. They see an average of 250 calls per year, with the majority being MVCs and medicals. About Aerial 1: Penn Haven's Aerial 1 is a 1995 Freightliner FL80 / NOVAQuintech with a 75' B75 boom. Based on Kenora, Ontario, this truck also features a centre mount green light, which many departments in Canada are placing on the centre of the rig to signify that it is manned by volunteers.
This apparatus is special to the community for a variety of reasons: First, the aerial device is on a commercial chassis, which is definitely rare in the LFC. Second, the aerial device can extend and rotate, adding a really fantastic functionality to the rig. Lastly, the fold-down stabilizers are neat because no other bricks are needed to make them work!

Today we have a dual entry from yours truly. About Studdsville: Studdsville is a city located on the Western coast, and is part of Mercury County. Studdsville Fire Department currently has 77 units divided over 13 stations and a motorpool. About Engine 18: Engine 18 is a 2017 Pierce Enforcer 4x4 PUC Rescue Pumper. The rig has a 1500 gallon per minute pump with a Hercules Compressed Air Foam System, a 500 gallon water tank, and 2 125 gallon foam cells. The rig furthermore has all sorts of tools, a Holmatro hydraulic rescue equipment set, jacks, nozzles, connectors and suction hoses on board. Special about this rig is that the 2 first cabinets have wildland firefighting equipment stored and that the pump panel is located in the drivers side 2nd compartment and in the 2nd compartment on the officers side there is a hosereel. About Engine 218: Engine 218 is a 2017 E-One Typhoon 4x4 E-Max Pumper.
The rig has a 1500 gallon per minute pump with a Compressed Air Foam System, a 500 gallon water tank, and 2 125 gallon foam cells. The rig furthermore has a standard assortment of 1', 1.5', 2', 3' and 5' hose, all sorts of tools, a Holmatro battery operated multi tool, a hose reel, roof storage, nozzles, connectors and suction hoses on board. This time we are going to take a look at Oscar Flynn's new Engine 308. About OceanBrick Fire Department: OceanBrick Fire Department is a fire department based on the East Coast of the US in a coastal city. Engine 308 covers the middle section of town with Engine 313. About Engine 301: Engine 308 is a 2017 Pierce Saber, with 500 Gallon Tank and 1500 GPM Pump. Along with equipment to fight fires, there is also BLS equipment on board as well as an AED.
Engine 308 is the first engine to be equipped with 4x4 suspension, allowing it to go into flood waters, or on to the beach This time we are going off road with Jeff Braun Jr.'s Brush 1. About York Brick Fire Protection District: York Brick FPD is a fire protection district located in Larren County, and covers approx. 6 sq. Miles with over 14,000 residents and has 2 stations with 45 Paid on Call FF/ EMT’s. Station 1 (south end) houses an engine, a tower ladder, brush unit, an ambulance, and deputy chief’s vehicle. Station 2 houses an engine, a rescue squad, an ambulance, reserve engine, and a dive rescue vehicle. About Brush 1: The newest addition to our fleet is Brush 1, a 2005 Stewart and Stevenson LMTV with a 300 Gallon water tank and 250 GPM pump, along with scene lighting/ spotlights, and numerous hand tools. Included is a Task Force Tip Monitor on the body, and a booster reel on the front bumper. Brush 1 can also be used for water rescue/ flooding incidents, due to its lifted profile, overhead exhaust, and large cargo bed. This Vehicle was donated to the department by the Lego National Guard Post here in York Brick.

About Studington Station 4: Studington Station 4 stands in the historic section of the city. The station also serves the regional college.
